The multi-millionaire businessman and hotelier welcomed the US President and First Lady Michelle Obama to the family owned Hilton Hotel in Prague last weekend, when the couple vistied the Czech capital. Since the Quinn Group purchased the Prague Hilton in 2004 the hotel has hosted a number of high-profile World Heads of State but a visit by the World’s most powerful man is quite an endorsement for any company, especially during the current economic climate. But despite the obvious hype, media-shy Sean is staying tight-lipped about the privilege of having Barack Obama staying under his roof. Ancestors in Ireland
May 29, 2009Just had 2 guests from the USA and we found the ancestral home for them. His great grandfather left Cavan in 1800’s and he came to Fortview in hopes he may find something but did not expect to get as much as he did. We found the ancestral home, records from 2 generations back and a link with a relation in Antrim that they never knew existed.It may have took me 2 days to find out all this information but boy it was worth it to see how happy they left and they are gone back delighted.

Pike Angling at fortview Cavan
February 27, 2009Just had 2 French Anglers for 7 nights and they thought it was Christmas again. For 6 days fishing they caught 40 pike. Weather excellent for fishing and it ticked all the right boxes. I am so happy for them as they are my first 2 anglers for 2009 .
